Campground review- Jellystone Quarryville

Jellystone Quarryville is a small family campground located in Quarryville, PA. Jellystone Quarryville is the true definition of glamping. Loaded with activities and amenities, but also with a heavy price tag. A full days activity schedule, but many things that are an extra charge.

The sites at Jellystone are nice, and its a small campground with a wooded feel. They have gravel sites, or as an upgrade you can get a paved site.

One of our favorite things to do at Jellystone is laser tag. This is an extra charge ($5 for daytime or $10 nighttime at the time of writing) but it super fun. There are usually 4 15 minute rounds where you work as a team and individually.

Jellystone also has a great pool area, with two separate pools (one heated), hot tubs, and a water park. The water features have a long season, opening Mothers Day and not closing till mid to late October.

If you really want to splurge, you can have a hot tub delivered right to your site! There is a two night minimum for this, and it can get pricey.

Jellystone is full of amenities, like a jumping pillow, mini golf, and an activities room for Candy Bar Bingo, dance parties, and many other events.

If your kids are into characters, they often show up at different events and roam the campground. They usually make an appearance at dance parties too!

There is usually a long list of activities, from morning cartoons to ceramic painting (for a fee). Often there is tie dye and treasure hunts. Weekend nights there is usually a glowstick hey ride around the campground. Activities run constantly so kids will never be bored!

Some of the things we love best about Jellystone is all the activities, and the immaculately clean bathhouses. The bathhouses have separate rooms that are toilet/shower combos. The cleanest we have seen anywhere! Some of the things we don’t like include the cost (especially in the summer prices can get crazy!) and that a lot of the activities cost extra. They usually announce them so the kids want to participate in everything which can really add up! For us its a short ride which is also a plus. We like to go in the slightly off season where prices are a little lower.
