Tucquan Park Family Campground is a family campground in Holtwood, PA. It was one of the first campgrounds we visited after the COVID outbreak started. We were site 68 B, which was one of the nicest and most confusing sites in the campground. The site was huge, right near a bathroom and with a giant field for the kids to run around.

The firepit was amazing, with plenty of room for a large party! They also gave you a large amount of firewood when you purchased, unlike some campgrounds that give you a small bundle. The firewood did have a lot of sap, so that took some time to burn off.

There was a fishing pond in the campground, and the weekend we were there they were holding a fishing derby. It seemed like most of the people participating were able to catch some fish!

There was a pool at the campground too, although we went in the offseason so it was not open. The biggest issue we had at this campground was that our site was confusing. The electrical boxes were not close to where the site was labeled. After some searching we found an available box, and plugged in. This was fine for the first night, but we got another neighbor the next night and we were both confused about where we were supposed to be. We asked the office staff for some guidance, and someone was sent down who confirmed that the sites were actually short one electrical box. They ended up moving our neighbors, but it was a hassle for both of us. We loved the sites, but felt they should have been aware of the situation.
We used this campground as a jumping off point to explore Pinnaces Overlook and Kellys Run Nature Preserve. For more information about that hike, go here https://campingwiththekennedys.com/2020/10/19/kellys-run-nature-preserve-hike/
