The trip I get asked about the most often is our cross country trip out West. Please reach out to me ifContinue reading “Northwest Trip- Indiana Dunes, Mount Rushmore, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone & Glacier”

Hagerstown KOA (Halloween!)

One thing we noticed when we started camping is that there are fewer camping options in Maryland then nearby Pennsylvania. We had taken quite a few trips into PA for camping before we decided to find a campground in Maryland. We decided to go to Hagerstown KOA in Hagerstown, MD for Halloween camping. They hadContinue reading “Hagerstown KOA (Halloween!)”

Kellys Run Nature Preserve Hike

Kellys Run Nature Preserve is a 3.8 mile loop hike in Holtwood, PA. We decided to visit Pinnacles Overlook first and then hike down to Kellys Run, making it a 5.5 mile round trip hike. Artillery Ridge Campground Gettysburg

The people camping with horses were kind enough to talk to the kids and let them interact with the horses. There isContinue reading “Artillery Ridge Campground Gettysburg”

Williamsburg/Busch Gardens KOA is a great family campground located a few miles outside of Busch Gardens. It’s a great base for exploring everything the Williamsburg area has to offer. We visited over Easter and found there were activities scheduled throughoutContinue reading “Williamsburg/ Busch Gardens KOA review”

Campground Review- Adventure Bound Eagles Peak (Halloween!)

Adventure Bound Eagles Peak is a family campground in Robesonia, PA. This is our second time visiting the campground during Halloween season. We had site 121, which was a pull thru site.
